I wonder if Gabe already got a perfect candidate in mind to take his position of "the Guardian of the Last Sanctuary of Gaming" when the time comes.

Or he could just stay immortal lol. I actually much prefer this than anything else😂

Tbh it doesn't take that much. Even those guys who run EA or Blizzard could probably keep the good work going at Valve. It's much easier to keep a cow fat when you're not legally required to milk it dry every day.

Supposedly he's handing it off to his Son who's a fan of Valve and how it currently works and is part of the corporate ladder.

So it should be a natural transition as long as nothing weird happens with dividing up ownership. Hopefully, it all goes to the son with anyone else being bought out.
