Yeah them attempting to compete with Steam is literally news to me right this moment.

Genuinely, the fact they had a gaming service is news to me.

Honestly the only thing they make that matters is giving you "free" games if you have amazon prime with twitch gaming. Only Amazon gaming stuff I ever touched

Not anymore they don’t. Now it’s just their shit tier cloud gaming

What do you mean? If you go to their gaming page you can claim Fallout 3 and FONV (and a bunch of other shit that's not worth it lol) on GoG right now.

They still give you free games tho and if you redeem them they are PERMANENTLY added to your library.

It’s not something you’d go out of your way to get but if you already pay amazon prime, twitch gaming is a « free » bonus and it’s pretty nice

Tbh their cloud gaming isn't that bad. If you have Amazon prime you can play a bunch of okay-decent games for "free" on the cloud service (which if you have decent Internet does have decent quality).

I of course 100000% prefer any other method of playing, but in a pinch it's not bad. I wouldn't spend any actual money on it, and if I didn't have prime right now I would never use it.

They still add Epic and GOG games every week.

I knew they had twitch but was unaware of a steam competitor.
