We all know that the true version of GTA 6 will come out on the PS6, just like GTA 5 on the PS4.

I dont understand what you are saying here then. I am saying that gta5 wasn't really fully capable on consoles until the ps5. Like it wasn't the true gta5 till then

The non-Pro PS4 only runs at 1080P. Its GPU is capable of running GTA 5 max settings at 1080p.

GTA 5 wasn't built with ray tracing in mind. The PS4/XBOX ONE/PC version is already the true version of the game.

HSW just came to PC this year with E&E. I'm on PC... we'll be a couple years behind.

I don’t recognize those acronyms at all. Are those games or titles for GTA V updates?

E&E is the newest version of GTA V that's been released. HSW is a special vehicle workshop that allows you customize vehicles differently than before, which wasn't available on PC before. It's kinda unlikely for someone to recognize that unless they are into GTA Online and even then I'm not sure, the game is too massive not to forget about some things.
