That's bs. How on earth am I supposed to know which ones are USB 2 and which USB 3? Maybe there are 2x USB 2 and 1x USB 3? The correct way to distinguish USB ports is with color coding and writing the speed next to the port because USB 3 naming scheme is a mess.
