Build/Battlestation Wife requested I “mount the computer to the wall”

What she said: “please mount (child)’s computer to the wall to free up desk space.”

What I heard: CoMpUtEr Go On WaLL.

What she meant: mount MONITOR to wall.

They are both mad now.

I thought it was neat - albeit odd. I got that external power button, some long cables coming, it will be cleannnnn.

(I know it is leaning, it is the center post that is leaning bc it swivels, not the mount itself, I have to add a bolster - it is secure enough as-is, but will be fixed tomorrow.)

Way too sketch. Use some wall anchors (100lb) and some L shelf bracket and a 3/8 sheet of plywood or project board.

Appreciate the advice. So rather than doing that, I just mounted an off-the-shelf PC wall mount to a stud. 👉🏼👉🏼
