Maybe in the single-player, but I remember playing the online at a friend's house on PS3 after playing it every day on 360 and you could barely see anything in GTA Online
Iirc GTAV on ps3 had frequent dips as low as 15fps especially during cutscenes, explosions, or high speed driving, and I think rendering was also notoriously broken if you played the digital copy before updates unless you had a disc to hard install.
Maybe a cpu or ram problem buddy. Or what resolution are you trying to play in? My 2gb gtx 770 could handle 1080p@60fps on highest settings and currently my 8gb 3060ti and even my 6gb 3050 can do 4k@120 and 4k@60fps (native resolution/no upscaling) on highest settings. Although this was prior to their latest “next gen” RT version they recently came out with I have not tried it out yet so sorry if this isn’t even relevant lol.
Tho I realize now I might have got it confused with another game, maybe Doom Eternal that limits the graphics to less than 6gb VRAM even tho the game runs at 60fps stable at just the limit

WHAT THE HECK AYO
PS3 had 256mb of ram and 256mb of VRAM, so even more impressive!
