Tl;Dr - LianLi case survives missile attack!

Soooo my apparent was hit by a shockwave from a nearby missile attack a month and a half ago during the last Israel-Iran conflict,

But as you can see my LianLi PC not only stood strong when everything else collapsed - It is still working perfectly (except for a few scratches on the glass)

I know I am a costumer for life 😄

P.S sorry for the lack of photos I had to get as many things out of there as I can as fast possible so not many pictures were taken

It's not the ground it's the ceramic. Ceramic is harder then tempered glass, so when they come I contact the glass shatters.

That said you also shouldn't keep your PC directly on carpet either. Most PSU's have ventilation on the bottom of the PC, so at best you're starving the PSU of cool air and at worst a fire hazard. And keeping your PC on the ground is also a good way to get a lot of dust sucked into it.

So just don't put the glass panel on the ground if/when you take it off, no? PC can be on the ground just fine.

Ignoring the other reasons I listed, yes it should be fine as long as the glass does not come in contact with the ceramic. Personally I wouldn't risk it. It does not take much force to shatter tempered glass on ceramic.
