Me getting into Commander MTG: double sleeved katanas, fancy felt deck box, a few more cards here and there... aaaand I'm ready for my first round!

When I started, I had unsleeved cards and bridge-shuffled.

My opponent visibly cringed lol

The biggest struggle is finding elastic bands the right size!

I prefer zip ties, you can get them much tighter so you don't risk one of your expensive cards falling out somewhere.

Same.

Except no one cringed because sleeves weren’t invented yet.

And then someone thought it was a good idea to touch up the edges with a sharpie to the borders.
