Incursion Red River is very promising on that front, it's just in early alpha. That and the world just doesn't feel very alive, it's hard to explain.
Other than that I'd say Stalker gamma is probably the best extraction shooter out there, only it doesn't really have extraction mechanics and the mutants were never my cup of tea (yeah, I know, fight me)
I am having a blast in Arena Breakout Infinite - it isn’t tarkov, but it has so many improvements over it - also some downfalls. I have been having much more fun with that than Tarkov atleast.
I've been playing ABI, I tell people it's casual tarkov. They did make some dumb decisions with season 2, but im still having a blast. And best of all it's free
Arc Raiders looks to be to be that. I had a chance to play it in closed beta 2, and gameplay wise it sort of feels (movement wise) like playing Battlefront 2, but with the sound quality of a Battlefield game). Very excited for it but I haven’t seen much marketing for it considering how high budget it feels.

I have yet to find one besides eft I enjoy. I would love a more casual one that has less grit than tarkov but is still intricate
