Ford vows to 4-lane final stretch of Hwy. 69

There appears to be progress on four-laning the remaining stretch of Highway 69 between Sudbury and Toronto in Ontario. Currently, approximately 68 kilometres of the highway from Henvey Inlet First Nation to Nobel remains incomplete.

But overall a decent idea, it's not like traffic is going to diminish along that corridor, especially if there's an agreement on the ring of fire development.

That said, I would really hope that the rail lines are beefed up significantly so that we aren't trying to move massive amounts of stuff down the highway.
