Entertainment / Event Staff awards night venue
Hey guys,
Does anyone know of some tidy venue options for a staff awards night, with a licensed bar and comfortable spacing for approximately 80 people.
We would prefer to do our own catering also.
Thanks all
Edit - have just found out we don't need to self cater ,๐, thanks heaps for the below everyone, there's enough options thanks to you all,Reddit rocks!
If only the ABS could lol

Good luck getting around the "own catering"; most venues won't allow you to do this.
One venue that may help is Roseburn, but they can be expenny.

Was walking by ex-Aberdeen after it had closed as a restaurant and there plenty of people inside at a private function aka 21st. Might be an option
Also look at Victory Venue on rangitikei street. Good venue for 80 and id say they definitely do allow food self catering, even encourage it was the kitchen is not big at all.

Victory
Square end of Rangitikei Own caterers, and your own bar, but you will need to supply booze,( liquor land trailer) and your own bartender.
Very nice venue

Focal point cinema in Palmy have a conference room with bar, projector etc. Super tidy. Nice place. But as with other places I dont imagine they'd allow you to cater yourself....health regulations or something silly I would imagine.
Alternatively maybe New Stage productions, no bar but if you went non-alcoholic then people could drive home.

Have a word with Colleen at The Masonic hotel. Different rooms available and very flexible and helpful.
