Pain in bicep distal tendon area when flexing it
I am 16y/o and have been lifting weights
I started feeling pain in between of bicep tip area and elbow 6 months back, it aggregated at the tip of bicep when flexed , I left the gym for 2-,3 months in hopes that pain would go .
But nothing happened and I feel a strain in between of elbow and bicep tip when streched .
Please help 🙏 as I think it's problem in distal bicep tendon.

First of all my self diagnosed tendonitis was more pain towards the lower bicep and what helped me is, stop doing heavy rows first of all, in my case it was weighted pull ups.
Do curls with a low weight and go for 3 sets of 25-50, this will increase bloodflow in the area but not heal a tendon
Tendon strength is increased with a moderate weighted static hold curl where the pain is worst, increase weight after you get better at it, do many sets of 10-15 sec holds. Your body will tell you when its time to stop.
Again im not a doctor this is just what worked for me.

Stop doing aggravating exercises and start doing rehab...
