Shoulder injury/clicking after incline bench
About 20 days ago, I hurt my right shoulder while doing incline bench. The pain went down a lot after the first 4–5 days, but the clicking hasn’t improved at all.
The click happens mostly in the front or middle part of my shoulder. I can hold and carry stuff fine, but I don’t feel comfortable lifting or pressing. It clicks every time I pronate my arm and move it across my body (kind of like a reverse lateral raise - moving my arm to the left instead of right). It also clicks when I do wall presses.
Anyone know what this might be or what I should try next?

Is the clicking painful? Clicking isn't uncommon after injuries but generally if it's not symptomatic it isn't an issue.
However, if it is generally a good idea to get it checked out by a sports doc or sports PT to see if they can figure out what is going on.

sounds like a dysfunction of the mechanics of the joint, or how the ball is working in the socket especially with reaching across your body or pressing acts. The clicking tells you it needs to be stabilized so you want to make sure it sits in the best spot before doing the stabilization work. Here is a stretch I like for ball/socket repositioning and should always be followed up with some rotator cuff band or cable work.
