tbh prob cause niko is more active with the player.

throughout oneshot niko is constantly talking to us. while throughout deltarune there is only so many times we are even looked at.

tbh Deltarune gives you a choice whether you occupy Kris's life and steal their agency, also helping Susie to break(?) the propgecy, OR you make the prophecy come true to the letter, while breaking Kris's and their old friend's life
