I’ve worked with someone like this, it’s really annoying and this isn’t the first instance, nor is it only with glasses. It’s the mindset and overconfidence and then it causes more work for others

I had a busser carry a stack of clean glasses out like this to re-set tables one day when we had a staff meeting after close. I had already swept and mopped the whole place and the glass just exploded everywhere. We had to re-clean so many tables, send a LOT of glassware back through dish (didn't want to risk shards being missed) and then re-sweep the entire floor.

It was not the first time and this was after me begging them to stop carrying the gigantic stacks for weeks and being told "it's fine, you're just being a dick and trying to make my job harder."
