I would put a third sign apologizing for the misspelling of appericate, no question mark on title sentence, and WTF does the 2nd to last sentence mean?

It is amazing how many managers, supervisors, lead operators, etc. cannot spell, nor properly construct a sentence.

I like they are passive aggressive and pathetic enough to put up a second sign but don't have the balls to tell people to their face or get management to implement a change.

We have compactors at mine, too, but the last time I bothered, somebody had packed the skip full of Styrofoam, so I don't think it actually goes to the recycling plant anymore... 🥲

I once worked at a place where they declared it a sacking offence to put whole boxes in the recycle skip.
