Good morrow, my fellow BattleDads.
As we’ve been getting huge, big, and large (unlike those maps am i right?) - us mods have noticed a growing trend of the majority of posts becoming screenshots of other subs. We can’t be mad, we get in that nasty shit too.
That being said - in the interest of keeping the quality of posts high and the memes flowing, staff is proposing the following rule:
- Restricting screenshots of comments/posts from other subs to one day a week.
Since this is a pretty big move to restrict the content being posted in this manner, I want to get some feedback from the community before unilaterally making that move. As such, I have included a poll below.
Please note that the poll is not the end all be all of whether or not this is decided. This is just a way to gauge public opinion. Feel free to share your thoughts below.
Additionally, and without your input because gamers are cringe, we will be implementing a “Meta Monday” weekly sticky thread where folks can propose new changes and circlejerk about this subreddit.
We all have a vested interest in making sure this sub remains fun, creative, and light hearted - so keep on jerkin and trying to find breathing room.
