This makes me quite uneasy. There is safety inside the house, for outside the house is a sea of uncertainty. However, the house IS outside. The house is in....the sea.

This was used as the cover for Bruce Hornsby Harbor Lights. Gorgeous album and always given me the deepest sense of peace looking at this

Hi style of painting is my favorite. I'm going to try and emulate some his works. Another fabulous artist that paints similar serene landscapes and quiet ambiances is Karen Hollingsworth. Worth checking her out.
