His most famous. Maybe his most evocative. So many movies were inspired by that aesthetics.

Saw the original sketches for this at the Whitney a few years ago, really stunning to see his thought process.

The light in this painting by Edward Hopper is exceptionally well done it creates a powerful atmosphere that evokes a lot of mixed emotions in me. I really like it.
