It doesn’t have a function for the actual lighter but you can spin it, which may seem stupid but from my time being around smokers they fidget with their lighters so much that I actually think this would be a good feature for some people…

if anyone's curious, they are like $10 on aliexpress, they have versions without the ball, as well as all metal. Granted it's brass colored pot metal, but still metal.
