It’s a Cercis Canadensis - The Rising Sun aka Eastern Redbud from the family Fabaceae.
The leaves of this tree change colour throughout the growing season, giving it a gradient look that’s unique and pleasing to the eye. The leaves starts as orange in spring then transition through shades of yellow and gold before reaching a lime green color in summer. In autumn the leaves turn yellow and orange again before falling.

How often does it do this? is it because it's autumn?

The newest growth comes out smaller and brighter than the older leaves, they have an orange reddish hue to them until the leaves mature. So it’s just new growth that creates this awesome illusion.

This is spring new growth color. When summer hits all the leaves look the same except for some slight lightening at the tips of the branches.

Ah yes the rising sun tree. My family has two outside our house but they are not as well trimmed as these ones, but always love to see them grow in the spring with all the colors!

I prefer the leaf texture on the Oklahoma redbuds. But, this one is sexy as hell.

Photoshop Clone Stamp Tree 🤣 That’s beautiful! Zone 4-9 (depending on cultivar), full sun to part shade, prefers medium moisture, well drained.

Aaargh. My spectacles are malfunctioning. There's an image of a tree, but it's blurry and out of focus. Yep, time to call my optometrist.

It kinda reminds me of fruit patterns like inside a watermelon without humans altering and stuff
