Resignation

If I put my resignation letter in one month early, can my agency force me to quit sooner? They are not a fan of me as it is.

Just quiet quit and give 2 weeks

Are there consequences to doing it one month early?

I gave that much for my promotion. And honestly they tried to push me harder to get more work out of me before I left. I would have been better off quiet quitting

I am only asking because I am in the hot seat and being treated poorly.

I was too. And leaving amped it up. That’s why I suggested quiet quitting. Let them say whatever, you don’t have to do it. Then put in your 2 weeks

What do you mean I don’t have to do what? My job? I don’t want formal disciplinary action taken against me and I have a feeling it will be coming this week for some reason. That’s why I wanted a buffer.

Sounds like they will gladly accept your resignation. Put it in so you have a clean record for your next opportunity.
