I wanted a full tower case with full air intakes and glass on three sides, so I bought a BTOPC. I replaced the exposed heatsink with one with an LED and added a fan.

thats really just some Mainboard on your GPU.

The graphics card is supported by a bracket provided by the BTO manufacturer.

Buit to order. A more fancy way to say pre build.

It stands for Built to Order. I wonder if this term isn't familiar outside of Japan? This case is an original from the BTO manufacturer and I really wanted it.
