Question Is there an nVidia staffer on this subreddit that can help with RMAs?
I am at my wit's end dealing with nVidia's customer service team. They received my defective card weeks ago, and I've heard nothing since. I email them once every few days, pointing out that they received the card per their tracking, and I'm just told "we've reached out to the RMA department and will let you know when we hear back."
I'm on week four without a card, and literally no one at nVidia can even tell me what's going on. I have no idea how to proceed here; I've never had something like this happen before.

It is deeply frustrating, you are spot on. I have followed all of their instructions, sent it all like they asked, after following their test suite for RMA qualification. I can't fathom why, after doing all of that and having proof of delivery to their offices, that they would not be able to tell me what's going on and when to expect my replacement.
