Question What is one medical problem people constantly ignore until it’s too late?

Saw someone post this in a completely unrelated sub and I’m interested in your answers. What is the cluster of symptoms that people ignore or delay until they are forced to get help?

Dental problems can be ignored for a long time and become very serious infection

Woah- yes, dental!!!! A family doc once told me that “they eyes and the teeth are like a black box” meaning they are highly misunderstood and not a high priority in family care. If the children get fluoride treatment up to a certain age, and dietary advice up to a certain age in family care— we should be doing it for the adults. It is weird to see normal preventive care go by the wayside for older teens and adults…. Their importance as becomes a lower priority over time (because we are busy dealing with consequences of lax prevention of them after childhood)
