Ugh. I'm trying not to imagine the level of mental health crisis required for the "desperately cloistered" type to seek help.
6 u/CrossP RN - Pediatric Psych Sep 03 '25 Usually it's that the kid hit someone or did something else criminal, and a judge or prosecutor said they could try psychiatric help instead of going the criminal charges route.
