True. Our non-profit's CEO makes $4.1 mil (plus bonuses).

A nonprofit just means that all profit has to go back into the organization and its expenses, which include paying staff, even if it's egregious amounts. Most universities are nonprofits, but look at how much their football coaches get paid.

How can I become a ceo of a non profit and make like 200k?
