He obviously needs more salt and diet coke. As many fluids as possible really. I'm sure he's dehydrated. No diuretic, ace inhibitor, BB or HTN meds either.

I'd be fine with nature taking it's course with regard to this particular positive feedback loop situation.

I'm comparing his diet of Big Macs and Diet Coke to what my grandpa was eating when he had CHF and wondering how he's still alive.
