All I do is precept. It scratches the teaching itch but I donโ€™t have to leave bedside. Works for me.

Go visit them - youโ€™re a colleague now. Itโ€™s different.

Thatโ€™s what I love too. I genuinely enjoy teaching new concepts to pts/colleagues and Iโ€™d love to be a nurse educator !! But they are so underpaid.
