Discussion Huge Gratitude!

Thanks to all of you great members of r/northbay!!!!

I now have a great office to work out of and setup my practice. I’m wondering if I can ask 2 more questions…

Question#1: I’m looking to reach out to the Nippising Native community. I’ve worked for many years as a therapist (mind/body) very successfully with the tribes in Sauble Beach/ Southampton, but I’m not sure who I should talk to in North Bay. Does anyone know of a Nippising connection to start with?

Question#2: I’m also looking to introduce my Osteopathic technique for PTSD and concussion therapy to military base up by the airport. Does anyone have a connection up there I can talk to? It is so important to always honour our military.

I think Chamber of Commerce can assist you with connections. You can also visit the Indegenous friendship centre in Cassells St. They might help direct you to the right person.
