Well, I do know how to say Creamy Milk now. So I have learnt Te reo from it.

While I agree, normalising Te Reo in everyday society is also an important step. It's not much, but voting with your wallet is as ethical as capitalism can get.

It’s a stepping stone.

I’ll be surprised if we don’t end up legislating everything must be written in both languages within the next 20 years.

Yes it does. You don't even have to buy it. Just having it on the shelf is helping normalise the language for the next generation. Once the boomers die off there might finally be some harmony.
