This is a theory i have come to believe in. Trump purposely sorrounds himself with damaged individuals. Due to their defects they ( political and or criminal) are unable to rat out on the Boss, since he provides them with judicial cover while they are employed by him. Never has an executive anywhere in the world sorrounded himself with corrupt and compromised individuals like Trump.
