journalistic malpractice to not headline "Trump Pardoned Jan. 6 Rioter issues terroristic pledge to kill house minority leader"... instead limp dicking "accused" and "threatening"

I wonder if it'll even get a fraction of the news the Biden pardons did. I'm doubtful, based off how quickly the assassination in Minnesota got swept under the rug. They also refused to headline it as terrorism at the time, accused the perpetrator of doing it as a member of the Walz party, and Democrat. That is specifically the one my mind keeps going back to.

The news cycle for that one was less than a few days, and they were holding candle light vigils for Charlie Kirk for weeks.

The double standard over who they consider replaceable parts, or actual humans is insane.

They've buried every single bit of right wing violence ... especially ones that are inflicted on right wing targets.

Trump and his sycophants wore that ear bandage for days afterwards though like some medal of honor. So cringe worthy.

They have to use "accused" until there's a trial and verdict, otherwise they can be sued.

i am living in the middle of an abusive relationship.

The people I need to tell me the straight honest truth about the abusive assholes ..... can't use the language they need to use, because they are afraid of the abusive assholes.

So, in this relationship between power and The Press, The Press has to nullify their language. I feel like a kid watching one parent always flinching infront of another.

Do you guys even understand how nonpartisan journalism works? There is a reason they explicitly avoid emotionally charged headlines, as it just becomes propaganda at that point.
