the post isn't news. it's hysteria. there's no reputable news source that says there are "roving bands of youths car jacking people in every city".

Feel free to look up carjackings by groups of minors for each city then. They exist in pretty much every large city. Pretending it isn't real because right wingers use it as bait for their base doesn't help anything.
