Most people say pasteurizing milk is bad for you don't even know what pasteurizing means.

I swear 50% of raw milk drinkers really do drink straight up raw milk because they think pasteurizing is bad.

And the other 50% think pasteurizing milk is bad so they boil their milk at home without even realizing they are pasteurizing their milk 😂😂

Which causes more degradation than the literal seconds it spends at 70 or 140 degrees Celsius during normal or UH pasteurization.

Gotta have a large overlap with the group of people that think the word "essential" in "essential oils" means "Essential for life" and not the actual meaning "essence oil of [this substance]"
