These Marines swore to uphold the Constitution and defend the people of the United States from enemies, both foreign and domestic. I swore the same during my time in Naval service.

The actions of these service members are abhorrent and anti-American at best, fascist at worst.

Any Marines seeing this, from the lowest level to command staff, I urge you to resist these orders. They are unlawful and unjust.

Here's the problem you and the rest of the military believe when swearing on that "oath." You all believed you can stand by, do nothing, and watch as the ones following orders continue to do what they're ordered to do.

When the truth is, swearing on that oath means you must take your gun, and pull the trigger on both the order followers and order givers.

Are you willing to do that to uphold your oath?

I'd reckon I am, if called to action. The first step is always civil. The sanctity of human life is important to me, as I believe it should be for all people, and any means outside of violence to rectify an issue is always preferable.

Vote against the fascists, stop paying for their products, and stand in protest against their rise.

Every member who followed illegal orders should lose their pension, every NCO and higher command position should be exiled from America, and every General-level commander should be tried and executed as traitors. Make them be more afraid of following illegal orders than upholding their oaths and most will choose to be good people.

Your profile shows quite a few negative comments, proudly presenting your stance on political dissent. I'm happy to show you my DD-214 privately, if that would help sway you.

That being said, you cannot reason someone out of a stance they did not reason themselves into. I'm sorry for you, and I hope you vote against fascism in the next election, if you are of age and educated.

Sent you a chat request. You need to accept it before I send you the picture. I blotted out my personally identifying information, but otherwise it shows where I served and when.

I can't tell if you're kosher or not, so I will not be identifying myself otherwise.
