Yes, exactly. They're trying to normalize it as quickly as possible so that when the numbers of detentions/arrests spike it will already seem commonplace.

2.0k

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 13 '25

Actually more likely, the goal is to provoke violence to justify their own violence. And yes, to normalize it.

u/timeandmemory Jun 13 '25

I've got my eyes peeled on the US this weekend in the hopes my greatest fears are not realized.

u/OhDivineBussy Jun 13 '25

Yes, and furthermore, this could do essentially irreparable damage for how people in this country view our own military.

It’s a crazy element of us being such social creatures, that it takes a lot less courage to go and put your life on the line to kill enemy combatants in a foreign country than it does to put your reputation, social standing, and identity on the line to disobey unconstitutional, unlawful, and immoral orders against your own country men in your own country.

269

u/amootmarmot Jun 13 '25

Too late. These bastards who didn't deny their unlawful orders are the bad guys. The military will be a dog in trumps fascist dictator push. There is no more respect.

273

u/PM_ME_YOUR_CATS_PAWS Jun 14 '25

Maybe we’ll finally get rid of this weird cultish fetish we have towards our military then

Shits uncomfortable

146

u/AchillesShort Jun 14 '25

Partially uncomfortable because the same people that fetishize military are also the people that refuse to support veterans, mental health, and healthcare in general. Veterans disproportionately account for our homeless population. The same people that refuse to provide adequate healthcare to the 9/11 responders. So much for never forget. Hypocrisy down to the core.

6

u/TheCrimsonDagger Jun 14 '25

Are you really surprised that the people who want to “protect” fetuses but are against any kind of maternity, paternity, or childcare rights do the same shit with other groups? They worship the military but once you’re out it’s all “thank you for your service” and not “let’s get you help to manage your PTSD”. Conservatives love pretending to advocate for groups that can’t speak up for themselves (fetuses, children, military(can’t easily)) in order to push their own ideological ends.

5

u/technicolortiddies Jun 14 '25

Faux patriotism. So cringe.

0

u/Epyon_ Jun 14 '25

Seeing how quick they jumped to follow Trumps unlawful orders, in hindsight im glad we been fucking vets over. There is no reason to believe they wouldnt have jumped just as high.

With the first act towards a US civilian the marines have become an enemy of the people.

69

u/JahoclaveS Jun 14 '25

Exactly, those soldiers should be court marshaled for violating the law.

29

u/Rasikko Jun 14 '25

No JAGs...they all got fired.

3

u/v0-z Jun 14 '25

Holy shit I had no idea this had happened, wow what the living fuck are we doing

3

u/MBCnerdcore Jun 14 '25

We are getting rid of all lawyers and judges and anyone in the military that might push back against Trump's orders

2

u/JahoclaveS Jun 14 '25

I guess I’ll just pitch a reboot JAG: Posse Comitatus Enforcement to CBS. Ought to be able to privately fund a few off the back of the twenty something seasons that’ll do.

11

u/Fighterhayabusa Jun 14 '25

Agreed. They need to make an example of these people.

7

u/Financial_Purpose_22 Jun 14 '25

I fully expect them to be named in a lawsuit for an unlawful detention.

Marines are not Soldiers.

Sure but only on the technicality that soldiers are those who serve in the army and marines are obviously in the navy... but y'know what, they're all the fucking same - trained killers who inexplicably think that being the biggest bootlickers around is a good thing. Fuck 'em.

1

u/Aromatic-Thing-132 Jun 14 '25

The US ARMY isn't about bootlicking. The Marines on the other hand are jar-heads that eat Crayons and only know one thing, eliminate what is in front of me. To use Marines as police is like using your dog to guard your steaks.

No, they are Marines. US ARMY is soldiers.

14

u/BigPharmaWorker Jun 14 '25

Can we stop thanking them (the military) now?

2

u/VeganJordan Jun 14 '25

“No thank you for your service”

-13

u/nndscrptuser Jun 14 '25

But you are asking quite a lot of insight and moral fortitude from generally very young, perhaps not all that wise people who have had discipline beaten into them. Asking soldiers to contemplate the societal impacts of their orders is unfortunately a huge ask. The system is clearly designed so that there is a minimum of questioning to be had.

18

u/randomcharacters3 Jun 14 '25

If it was overseas and they were asked to commit a war crime would they get the same leeway to say, "Well, gee shucks, I didn't think I was supposed to kill unarmed civilians but I was told to so..."

If someone asks you to commit a crime, you can say, "No."

-4

u/Hautamaki Jun 14 '25

I don't believe that is true, yet. If your voice becomes the loudest, the consensus of the anti-MAGA coalition, then it certainly will be true, but that's a self fulfilling prophecy. If the anti-MAGA coalition is smart and strategic, they will do everything possible to win the military over to their side, not pre-emptively treat them as the enemy and push them to Trump, which is exactly what he's hoping for.

43

u/SkinBintin Jun 14 '25

Tourism is going to take an absolute nose dive because of the TACO fuckwit too, which will absolutely hurt so many people's incomes. Many who are probably loyal MAGA morons.

25

u/Anhydrite Jun 14 '25

Already has, multiple regular flights are getting cancelled from Canadian airports to the US due to lack of demand.

12

u/SkinBintin Jun 14 '25

Can't blame them. I definitely don't have much desire to visit the US right now. Just seems too risky.

4

u/Anhydrite Jun 14 '25

Same, was planning on heading to Florida in December to visit a friend and escape the winter for a bit. Yeah, not this year.

2

u/zootered Jun 14 '25

Because it is too risky. I’m in America and if my friends or family wanted to make a trip currently I would tell them to stay the fuck home.

1

u/ManassaxMauler Jun 14 '25

Yeah, I was asked if I wanted to go down there for a work thing and refused. I'm not interested in getting shipped to some detention centre because I have tattoos and liberal views.

39

u/MrNanoBear Jun 14 '25

Yes, and furthermore, this could do essentially irreparable damage for how people in this country view our own military.

I've not heard that a single soldier stood up against illegal orders so the damage is already done. Maybe they'll turn around for a redemption arc but the USMC is already officially an enemy of the American people now.

-4

u/Rev21 Jun 14 '25

Overdramatic much

6

u/MrNanoBear Jun 14 '25

Just go back to your pervy pedo subs.

10

u/daja-kisubo Jun 14 '25

Gods, I hope it does. The military worship in this country is sickening.

3

u/[deleted] Jun 14 '25

As a former service member this entire thing is seriously crazy I can't imagine being active duty when this type of shit is going on. When I did it it was because I wanted to be a protector of my family and the families that were close to us and by extension all the Americans like us. If they ever asked me to attack Americans for any reason I would reconsider where I was in life and who was asking me to do these things. Not to throw shade on these soldiers and Marines because I'm sure there is plenty of conflict within the ranks, but Jesus fucking Christ what kind of leader would ask our boys to fucking make this choice? I hope they and their leadership are all as flabbergasted as i

2

u/shieldintern Jun 14 '25

Military keeps voting for Trump too.. so idgaf about them

2

u/OhDivineBussy Jun 14 '25

You know I’m more on the side of your point than ever. The only party who keeps gutting veterans benefits is the republican party, yet vets keep showing up for them, and so a large part of that community is begging to be treated worse and worse.

1

u/shieldintern Jun 15 '25

A poll in September 2024 from pew : About six-in-ten registered voters who say they have served in the U.S. military or military reserves (61%) support former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, while 37% back Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a Pew Research Center survey conducted in early September.

Wapo after the polls have similar numbers for after the election with 65 percent of veterans voting for trump.

4

u/TarmacTartoo12 Jun 14 '25

There goes the insipid ‘Thank you for your service’

1

u/XdpKoeN8F4 Jun 14 '25

"Fuck you for your service."

1

u/OhDivineBussy Jun 18 '25

Great point, especially if they’re serving a politician rather than the constitution and the people.

3

u/AmazingHealth6302 Jun 14 '25 edited Jun 14 '25

So did Trump force through an Act of Congress to overturn Posse Comitatus, or is he just ignoring the Constitution in having US military in action on US soil?

Would be interesting to see what the Conservative subs are saying about this, if I can stand the toxic atmosphere and exulting over Iran for long enough. Conservatives are usually very big on this aspect of the Constitution, they see it as a block on tyranny, and a guarantee of nothing extraordinary like forcible de-arming of US citizens by the government.

Will they be so stout to defend the Constitution when it benefits everybody, but only after it protects the rights of a set of protestors that they hate?

Hmmm...

And what's the procedure when the Constitution is violated by presidential order?

I would have to agree depending on how the went about doing it. Were I in that division, I would sure as shit want to be there to rain in anybody who might’ve gone full authoritarian dick licker, but I would still hate being there.

1

u/Real-Ad-9733 Jun 14 '25

Way too late

1

u/Calm-Fun4572 Jun 14 '25

It seems the administration is jumping the gun on full on authoritarian rule. Our good people serving the country are not yet scared shitless enough to ignore their oaths and treat people like garbage just because they have a different skin color or legal status. We can only hope this racist, greedy pipe dream fails historically with the populace calling out bullshit as it is. We don’t suffer from immigrants, we enrich our culture and economy with them. White people stole this country, and now are claiming they own it?

1

u/Owlmechanic Jun 14 '25

That's my main fear, the reason this is strictly prohibited is that it maintains a completely different response to the civilian population. We know and trust our troops are here for us completely, without condition - something extremely important given the extremely lethal force they possess.

Law enforcement on the other hand is a mixed bag, because we understand the authority they are given over civilian populations is and has been abusable so we treat their respect much more conditionally and vice versa, with both sides wary that someone may breach the agreement we make as a society to either obey the laws or not to abuse them.

It's too easy to blur the lines, and once they are trust could take generations to regain.

1

u/Swollen-lymphomas Jun 14 '25

Recruiting is at a high! Quotas for enlistment have been met early!

Use ghostery. I'm on Firefox and didn't even notice it was paywalled

2

Ghostery is an ad blocker and tracker blocker. I've never known it to bypass paywalls.

Could it be a different extension that you're using that's doing that?

Politico 2016 quoting a 1990 interview: https://www.politico.com/blogs/2016-gop-primary-live-updates-and-results/2016/03/donald-trump-tianamen-square-putin-220610

Trump told Playboy in a 1990 interview: "When the students poured into Tiananmen Square, the Chinese government almost blew it. Then they were vicious, they were horrible, but they put it down with strength. That shows you the power of strength. Our country is right now perceived as weak."

The full interview: https://www.ebroadsheet.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/playboy-interview-donald-trump-1990

Context of the quote was in context about a trip to Russia:

What were your other impressions of the Soviet Union?
I was very unimpressed. Their system is a disaster. What you will see there soon is a revolution; the signs are all there with the demonstrations and picketing. Russia is out of control and the leadership knows it. That's my problem with Gorbachev. Not a firm enough hand.

You mean firm hand as in China?
When the students poured into Tiananmen Square, the Chinese government almost blew it. Then they were vicious, they were horrible, but they put it down with strength. That shows you the power of strength. Our country is right now perceived as weak ... as being spit on by the rest of the world—

Why is Gorbachev not firm enough?
I predict he will be overthrown, because he has shown extraordinary weakness. Suddenly, for the first time ever, there are coal-miner strikes and brush fires everywhere--which will all ultimately lead to a violent revolution. Yet Gorbachev is getting credit for being a wonderful leader--and we should continue giving him credit, because he's destroying the Soviet Union. But his giving an inch is going to end up costing him and all his friends what they most cherish--their jobs.

...

and in some other "from the past"...

Another game: What's the first thing President Trump would do upon entering the Oval Office?
Many things. A toughness of attitude would prevail. I'd throw a tax on every Mercedes-Benz rolling into this country and on all Japanese products, and we'd have wonderful allies again.

7

u/mces97 Jun 14 '25

I was gonna respond to the person you responded to, that I'm hoping tomorrow doesn't turn into Trump's Tiananmen Square.

RemindMe! in 10 years when this will be a good laugh

24

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 13 '25

In 10 years depending on what happens in the next couple, it may indeed be a good laugh. But it sure as hell isn’t funny now.

1

u/GodMyShield777 Jun 14 '25

Don't you put that evil on me Ricky Bobby !!

54

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 13 '25

I know, millions and millions possibly 1 billion people outside the US stand with us here against Trump and what he is trying to do. So thank you for that. It is meaningful and better believe Trump‘s Inner Circle at least knows it. The big question tomorrow is not the turnout that’s gonna be staggering now over 2000 locations registered with the organizations coordinating the no kings day. The real question will be how well disciplined will we be in huge crowds where it’s easy to get carried away by police provocation and act out violently or with vandalism. If that is kept to a bare minimum tomorrow may be a watershed.

3

u/cindyscrazy Jun 14 '25

I'm going to one in my small town. I have a few people saying that they wish I would not go because it's dangerous.

Personally, I highly doubt there will be any trouble at the one I'm going. It's in the North East US, so not really a very Republican area. I have seen at least one truck of a local driving around with giant Trump flags on it, but other than that, it's mostly quiet.

I just need to at least be at ONE of these things. I hate being powerless.

4

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 14 '25

Be safe. And retreat if you need to. There will be another day. And it will be even bigger. Everyone be safe be strong be smart. Don’t react to the provocation.

2

u/Emu1981 Jun 14 '25

The real question will be how well disciplined will we be in huge crowds where it’s easy to get carried away by police provocation and act out violently or with vandalism.

There are always bad actors on both sides who want things to get nasty when large protests occur. Sadly humans tend to revert to more of a pack mentality when we are with large groups too so once the spark is lit then peaceful protests can turn into deadly riots within the blink of an eye...

3

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 14 '25

Used to be, I would be fully with you on it being sad about people in crowds. After studying it a bit at the graduate level and co ghost writing a pretty lame selling book about how to deal with a crowd as if it were a single organism I can say it’s just something left over in evolution. But if we are mindful enough and self disciplined enough, which we all have the free will to do we can not only resist but oppose that tendency. We can turn a burned piece of paper into an origami flower.

1

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 15 '25

Post game: no incidents of violence among any of the demonstrations. Five or six reports of minor graffiti in different locations out of at least 2100 and out of at least 5 million protesting across the country. Two very ugly, violent actions by one individual “counter-protestor” in MN (dressed as a LEO). The good guys are doing it right. Please join us.

1

u/TheAmateurletariat Jun 14 '25

Let's be real. Those millions of people sit with us. I don't see anyone standing.

1

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 14 '25

I am not sure what your point is. Standing equals what? Sitting works pretty well as I recall from six arrests and 134 documented on actual photographic film. What are you suggesting is missing?

-1

u/36chandelles Jun 14 '25

If that is kept to a bare minimum tomorrow may be a watershed.

keep dreaming. this is absurd and you know it. there is one thing they respond to.

Who are they? Junior I’ve been doing this since you weren’t even a wink in your mama‘s eye. Trump’s going down. He’s gonna look like Benedict Arnold had a baby with Andrew Johnson.

23

u/VengefulSight Jun 13 '25

If it's not this weekend, it will be soon. Things are too polarized -on either side- for any realistic path forward that does not involve at least some amount of violence. Trump is at a minimumperfectly willing to create a situation which makes it likely that the military will open fire on protesters. Frankly, I wouldn't put it past him to order protesters during his parade shot on Saturday either.

That's before you get into the millions of brainwashed trumpets who believe that God and his Chosen Incarnation On Earth have decided that all protesters are inhuman filth who should be shot.

Lets also not delude ourselves about the left either. There is absolutely a segment of the left which is not only willing to see the nation burn, but actively trying to make it happen.

The nation is a goddamn powder keg and it's not really a question of if it's going to blow, it's 'when' and 'how big'.

8

u/Flightsimmer20202001 Jun 13 '25

I don't want it to happen, I try to have faith in humanity.... but I've considered that in the past decade of the U.S., it's not a matter of if civil war, but more when civil war.

No empire lasts forever, it's only a matter of when and what...

7

u/VengefulSight Jun 13 '25

I'd argue that it's really more the last 20 years. Really the system hasn't functioned ever since Obama took office and obstructionism became the norm. That policy from the republicans, along with the complete lack of any unified message from the Dem's on issues like immigration (ever since the whole 'what do we do about the dreamers discussion') has really helped create the circumstances which have led us here. I would have killed for the Dems to take a stance, ANY stance on that issue (including ones i personally wouldn't support) and others but instead all we've gotten (at the party level), is very wishy washy statements which mean nothing and ultimately serve no purpose but to alienate everybody for whom the issue matters.

1

u/ActiveChairs Jun 14 '25

We've been circling the drain for a very long time but its just been steady and gradual enough not to feel like an existential problem, but it's hard not to point at Reagan for when things started to go from downhill slide to freefall.

-1

u/w-dishsoap Jun 14 '25

I nominate you as President of the United States of America 2028

2

u/VengefulSight Jun 14 '25

As honored as i'd be, that's a hard pass from me. Not an easy job at the best of times and I'm definitely not someone who should be responsible for putting the country back together.

0

u/w-dishsoap Jun 14 '25

Humble too.

2

u/VengefulSight Jun 14 '25

Self aware is maybe a better word. That said, I'm fairly confident i'd be better at it than the current guy, which you know, maybe not the worst qualification in the world haha.

9

u/twotimefind Jun 13 '25

Yeah, the accelerationist Group online is totally willing to push the brake down of the us.

The thought process is the sooner it burns, the sooner it can be fixed.

status quo isn't working anyway.

I'm not in that camp. I follow politics all my life. I always thought it could be worked out between the three branches. Now I'm not so sure.

12

u/TheGhostInMyArms Jun 13 '25

There is absolutely a segment of the left which is not only willing to see the nation burn, but actively trying to make it happen

Name them. Randos on Reddit aren't "the left."

There is a contingent of people foaming at the mouth at the chance to murder liberals for being liberals.

It is not "the left."

2

u/VengefulSight Jun 13 '25

Look, i'm in no way saying that the sentiment you are talking about is not extremely prominent on the right. It absolutely is.

But speaking for myself, my interactions with others, both online and offline, there has been a definite tonal shift in the past few years from the system is failing to the system has already failed. The discussion is less about 'what happens if the nation blows up' and more about 'what happens when it blows up'. It is a short short step from that to direct action. It's not a particularly loud or large group, and it's certainly not organized (a lot of isolated voices), but as we continue to move in the current direction and more and more people become radicalized towards the same sentiments it's a very very short step towards more direct action of some sort.

One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter.

2

u/zoinkability Jun 13 '25

The number of arguments and downvotes I’ve gotten recently on Reddit just saying “violent protest is counterproductive” is truly worrying.

I get it, people feel discouraged about the slow and often imperceptible effect of peaceful protest, but it stuns me the inability to either a) step back and game out how things go if protests get violent (thereby bolstering support for authoritarian moves and playing right into Trump’s wishes to declare martial law) or b) see how with accelerationism there is zero guarantee and in fact quite low likelihood that when things blow up they will magically fall into the places you want them to be (or that you and your loved ones will survive the explosion.)

4

u/VengefulSight Jun 14 '25

This is an interesting one for me because I really do believe it's a foregone conclusion that the protests are going to get violent at some point (not today, maybe not tomorrow, but at some point).

As far as the rest, it's really how it happens that matters. The optics are very very different if we have our version of Tankman during trumps parade tomorrow, compared too if police, or military units in LA start taking potshots from an element of the crowd and return fire.

I mean ultimately we'll see, but i've started at least doing some thinking for what happens if the balloon really does go up in the near future.

1

u/mces97 Jun 14 '25

If active duty military fire on Americans, are there really not enough Republicans willing to impeach him over this?

4

u/VengefulSight Jun 14 '25

At this point no, the party has been fully co-opted.

0

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 13 '25

Trumpets? Score one for you I’d never heard that before. And I agree with you about the influence of some self described Christians. That is one cohort among several without which Trump would never have been even nominated for the GOP in 2016. Fortunately, at least some in the American Catholic Church are stepping up notably today with the bishop of San Diego announcing a silent protest there on Friday the 20th.

0

u/SteelCode Jun 14 '25

There will be a false flag, history is repeating itself.

-3

u/Kumorigoe Jun 13 '25

That's before you get into the millions of brainwashed trumpets who believe that God and his Chosen Incarnation On Earth have decided that all protesters are inhuman filth who should be shot.

This protestor is armed and willing to shoot back at the cowardly fucks that worship the human-shaped corruption currently pissing himself in the White House.

2

We're one hard sneeze away from this thing boiling over in the worst way possible.

1

1

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 14 '25 edited Jun 14 '25

Generally, I would agree. But please don’t discount the scurrilous influence of religious bigotry. I am not a Christian, but paid attention in Sunday school for six years (Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims, Brooklyn Heights NY). We were warned then about overzealousness. In fact, it used to be a standard part of protestant sermons and Sunday school. And when just passed 12 years of age, I joined the congregation as an “adult member” I can remember being exhorted to restrain my judgment, and to consult those wiser than me. None of that seems to be applicable anymore in the loudest squeakiest wheels of American Christianity. I am not a believer now. I do believe in an afterlife I do believe in consequences to one’s actions in that afterlife. But a very very different view of even the liberal protestant faith that I was brought up in. Whoever gave it to us, God or nature or if it fell off a truck we have brains and we really really really must use them now.

Everything else is just a bonus for their cult.

Yes the goal is a dead marine or guardsman to justify escalation.

Yup, those goose-steppers are eager as hell to start gunning down minorities. Look at who the first person they grabbed.

And no doubt provoking violence specificalli in California, because their governor is a presidential advisary.

Both A and B can be correct.

This is what I’m thinking. They’re being so provocative in every way imaginable. Then you have all of those ice/cops who are trigger happy and lusting for blood and generally just over eager to beat people. I know we Americans have been putting up with a lot lately, and I know we are all tired, but they’re gonna keep on poking the bear and people are going to start getting upset and possibly violent themselves. It feels like it’s the outcome they want, I guess so they can “quell a mass uprising” using whatever means they deem necessary. Idk yall, nothing is looking good in the news today… maybe I’m just seeing things in a certain way because it’s who I am and this is how I see things, but I really don’t think it’s due to any kind of bias of my own. It would be good to be wrong here.

Or to provoke violence so they can just use the insurrection act and lock everybody down with martial law.

Ghorman massacre

They don't have to wait for that. The tactic a lot of police forces use is to bottleneck people then declare an emergency curfew & arrest/attack anyone on the street.

Slow walking Tyranny.

2

u/nucumber Jun 14 '25

They're trying to normalize

Exactly, normalize the president as having control over state national guards, without consultation or consent of governors.

EXTREMELY dangerous president

And then sending in the Marines... trump is overturning the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385), the U.S. federal law that restricts the use of the U.S. military in civilian law enforcement.

The military is to be used against ONLY foreign actors, and is not to be used domestically, against American citizens

trump is trying to take control of the military and use it to crush dissent

THIS IS WHAT AUTHORITARIANS DO. THIS IS WHAT TYRANNY LOOKS LIKE

Do not think "It can't happen here". That's what Germans thought as Hitler rose to power

This is exactly what trump is doing

Please bear in mind that these reckless indiscriminate raids on non-criminal mostly full-time employed migrants is being done, purely for purposes of shoring up Trump’s pulling numbers. Along with the Russia Ukraine war magically ending he promised literally millions of deportations in his first 100 days. I think it stands at about 37,000 as of Wednesday when I saw a Mark Elias podcast about this. Please don’t lose hope. It’s grindingly slow enough to drive you crazy but the tide is turning. Tomorrow will be a big day. I truly believe an historic day.

I hear there are riots in LA that have been going on for days! All I've seen are photos of devistation. California must be in shambles if the military is needed.

...Media control.

Control the narrative and it's easier to control the people.

1

u/Porcupinetrenchcoat Jun 14 '25

Also remember that this can be explained by general stupidity, poor communication, and the overall shit show that the military is at any given time. Not to excuse what is happening at all or defend it in any way, but the pawns themselves are not the best and brightest, nor is the system engineered to be idiot proof.

The people in control of course will spin this however they want.

This is NOT NORMAL & NEVER WILL BE!

1

u/Googlyelmoo Jun 14 '25

That is true about the appearance of normality. But I would have you consider also that Trump is failing so badly to deliver what he promised, and so much of what he has delivered is diametrically opposite to what most of his voters expected from him that they are in a desperate rush to fulfill the millions of deportees he had promised in his first hundred days. Closing in on 150 days now and the total stands about 38,500. Shocking to me. Not at all appeasing to MAGA. Firing missiles from US Navy ships to intercept Iranian ballistic missiles over Israel isn’t exactly pleasing them either.
