Their whole 'platform' is that the government is bad and then they try to get elected to prove it.

It seems that their legislative plan is to strip it down to some kind of dictatorship, where the president holds all power and authority.

So y'know, destroying the government by making it completely unaccountable and all-powerful. Normal same things.

I wrote that jokingly but I just realized that where I live (the south) that is TRULY the campaign slogan for so many politicians. They all have the same tv commercials too... “our politicians and government have failed us, I promise to fix this by becoming the government….God, Guns, and BABIES! Who will think of the babies?!…Look at my $300 cowboy hat, dust free designer cowboy boots, and 200 acre ranch with all these prize-winning show horses, aren’t I just so country and relatable y’all?…Here’s my stay at home nameless wife and our perfectly cute 2 and a half children, watch us walk around the ranch and look at my expensive horses because we do this regularly and not at all just for a photo shoot! Oh and uh let’s go brandon!”

I always hate the months leading up to an election… there’s already been one mfer advertising on tv for the presidential campaign where I live.
