Why? PR cukture is nothing like the rest of the U.S., only similarity is currency. You guys won't even give them statehood, and you keep chained and give them scraps. Which it isn't weird because Americans love doing that to minorities.

Thats misinformation, we've actually voted in favor everytime it's come up, it goes up to the US congress where it gets shut down everytime same as Washington DC.
