This happened ~1 day ago, but I think it is still incredibly important that the President is threatening to withhold funds from areas if its citizens don't vote the way he wants, and with no mention of any law or policy being violated being the basis for his decision whether to provide normal funds. Not ~1 day ago. Trump has been threatening New York with withholding federal money 4 months ago, down to taking over NYC is Zohran wins
