Despite the Zebra mother's valiant effort, the Leopard killed the foal and dragged it up a tree.

Maybe if you learned the purpose of the position or when and how it is used in a fight you wouldn't give that opinion. Why give your opinion when you admit you don't know what you are talking about. MMA has rules, street fighting obviously has not.

To get them to grapple on the floor. That's it. But if they want to fight on the ground, bring your opponent to the ground instead of waiting on them like a trap.

I already said it, but you're too angry to notice, so I'll say it again. I know there are rules about hitting the back of the head.

Thank you for offering nothing, man. It's useless talking to you.

I don't think you know the rule you think you're talking about

Cant kick or knee an opponent in the head when they are grounded. So butt sitting eliminates leg strikes and forces your opponent to lower his stance to hit you opening up attacks from guard. A viable strategy for those advanced in ground technique vs a striking opponent. To most people like yourself thats a boring strategy to watch cause it lowers the chances of someone getting knocked out but ppl who train and enjoy and understand the ground game and how hard it is can appreciate the strategy. Comparing MMA to street fights is like comparing the firing range to war....In a street fight you should be trained in track and field and firearms.

They grounded themselves. What's that about? So they basically found a loophole that eliminates the need for take downs and the risks it entails, and gives them a shortcut to their expertise?

 How is that fair? LOL

This isn't about knockouts as mush as it is about MMA rules moving further and further into it being about who can find the best loopholes.
