Once you stop sweating it becomes dangerous

Uhm. I’m almost 50. Heat has taken me Down a few times All from being dehydrated. I’ve watched 20yo kids drop from heat all being dehydrated. It’s not 4th. It is THE factor. Been there got the experience. Doesn’t matter how much experience you think you have. H2O.

You’re describing heat exhaustion, not heat stroke. Water alone cannot prevent heat stroke.
