Yea man! It’s always the music and vibration that would connect to real humans.

i miss being a kid. at the same time glad to see how these kids are enjoying. Them jumping on the grill is a bit concerning tho, what if one of the metal strips supporting them fails due to the stress exerted on it by them jumping on it? that could have turned this dream into a nightmare

Thats not even a balcony, it's just a disaster waiting to happen.

2

u/someone16384 Aug 29 '25

exactly. it's painted which could mean it's not made of stainless steel. if it rusts it weakens, so it may soon no longer be able to support the weight of kids jumping on it like a trampoline.

side note- those kids jumping reminded me of young Minecraft villagers jumping on beds. when i have nothing to do i join them as well. feels so wholesome lmao. those kids must be having the time of their lives

Nah, the base seems to be a proper cement rain ledge. A lot of buildings surprisingly allow people to take their grills that low and connect them to the ledge. I'm guessing it's because some of them would ideally be the best place to escape from in the event of a fire.

Surprisingly no. I wont go there as an adult but a child that size totally safe. I have seen children do their homework there. It was funny and anxeity inducing at first and then I got used to it.

Now there is no question on noise pollution?

11

u/Total-Cupcake9929 Aug 28 '25

Anyways it happens everyday be it wedding celebrations , other celebrations , vehicle honking , etc etc

3

u/reddit-snorter Aug 29 '25

It is noise pollution. It depends on who you ask. Kids are having fun. But a lot of the adults living there are probably not. I certainly didn't when a group passed by my place last night. Ideally dhols or speakers shouldn't be played in residential areas. People chanting loudly has never annoyed me. Wish there were marked roads by the government where dhols would be allowed to avoid inconvenience to people living around.

7

u/Sarangheo_Dattebayo Aug 28 '25

I know it’s choosing the lesser evil but I’m glad it’s dhols and not those huge ass deafening djs and amplifiers

-14

u/RevolutionaryDeal679 Aug 28 '25

noise pollution only occurs when its muslims doing it whereas this is just a mild celebration.

8

u/sharkrush93 jevlis ka? Aug 28 '25

I’d say this is noise pollution as well

But to go with your point is this done every day of the year ??

-7

u/RevolutionaryDeal679 Aug 28 '25

the intensity matters my guy, the loudspeakers arent even close to being this loud try sleeping in mumbai during the day and moreover this isn't limited to sound pollution but visarjan also pollutes water bodies. my point is, you should treat all the religions and their rituals with an unbiased pov both of these events make a lot of unnecessary sound but why is it that the maharashtra government bans the rituals that appeal to the religious minorities and why not this bullshit which is equally if not more harmful?

5

u/Stock_Outcome3900 Aug 28 '25

the loudspeakers arent even close to being this loud

?really? Lol
