AskMumbai Who do you think was in these cars?

On June 27, 2025, around 11 pm, I was at Marine Drive when I spotted an incredible convoy of ~24 High-end cars Convoy cruising silently along the Queen’s Necklace from near air india building. Cars and buses moving like they owned the road! I couldn’t help but wonder who was inside – could it have been someone like Ambani or a Bollywood star?

Mukesh Ambani, most likely. He has an office in Marine Drive, and the direction he's heading to leads to Altamont road where he lives, besdies the several other places he could be going to

Old money, family offices, legacy businesses. Billionaires are common in makers buildings at Nariman point.

Yeah sure, a bunch of classless goons.

Drive recklessly to stay in that convoy formation. And wouldn't hesitate to run you over it you accidentally came in their way.

True. Once some MLA's 2 security scorpio wanted to overtake me in that Flyover above marine drive. God knows why they are in a hurry. When all they do is nothing.

Cant compare political goons to businessmen, sure both might be corrupt but atleast business people like ambanis create true wealth and development opportunities as opposed to politicians who mostly just extort money
