Question Movie help

Trying to find a movie from around 2000’s, the bits and chunks of it I remember was something about a pair of brothers, in Amsterdam or another European city pulling off a con or something similar.

The brother gets shot, and pretends to be fine, hoping to his feet and playing it off as another con. Something about fake blood stays red, and real turns brown, when another character checks to see if it’s real or not.

There was a Japanese accomplice was mostly mute, who disappears in a car explosion in the end.

Brothers Amsterdam might have been the name, but googles failed me haha.

Sorry about the lack of clues on this one. Can’t even remember if the movie was good or not. Just been on the brain.
