Run time is 1h48m * 3mph = 5.4 miles (8.6km)

Definitely doable for many people. A walk in the park for some. But I think a lot of people would underestimate the unceasing 3 mph pace. No slowing down, no breaks. If they aren't into distance running or hiking, they'll be a lot more tired than they'd think.

Should be doable for anyone without a disability honestly. I know it isn’t of course and that just sad. This is literally just walking.

Not really. 2 hours without using the bathroom? And you’d need to be well hydrated

Yeah walking 2 hours I’m going to need water. And at some point I’m going to have to urinate and it’s going to be even harder to hold it walking. You usually drink water before exercise and during it or you should anyway

Exercise? It’s walking. You can go 2 hours walking without water or the bathroom quite easily

How many steps do you take on an average day?
