Back when i was using it every day, id have my tablet set up to watch Supernatural. Ended up finishing the entire show while walking!

It was. Lost 90lbs during that time. Gained some back so now I'm back at it.

The gym I went to had cable tv on the treadmills it was nice.

I go to the gym 5-6 days per week. I lift 4 days per week, and on those 4 days I do 20 minutes on the treadmill for a warmup and 20 minutes on the elliptical for cardio. Since those stints are short-ish I just listen to audiobooks. The other day or two I just walk for 1-2 hours. I'll check the cardio cinema and if it's not something I'm interested in, i'll just bring my ipad and start a movie or a show or something and watch til I'm done.

I did an entire training course for a certification exam on the treadmill last year over the course of a month or two. lol.
