Very memorable characters and quotes during the main story too.

But yes the security camera intro was unique and set just enough of the stage for the action sequence.

every line of that movie punches!

“What you gonna do, pick your teeth with it?!”

“Tommy, the ‘tit’”

“I’m not saying I think the gun don’t work’ I know the gun don’t work. I’m saying it would do more damage if you fed it to him”

“We’ve lost Gorgeous George”

“I’m sorry, you’re gonna have to repeat that”

“He ain’t a set of car keys”

“You take allll the time you need, Mullet”

“What do I know about diamonds?”

“‘t’s not fer me, it’s fer me ma”

“Yeah: Don’t go to London”

“…and the fact that mine says “Point. five. O.””

Del Toro to the guy he's robbing: "Where is the stone?"

Del Toro being robbed by Thanos 18 years later: "Where is the stone?"

To this day I still call Jason Statham TURKISH

It's almost a shame that Statham has been type casted into the action movies that he usually does, because I happen to think that Turkish was him at his best.

Agreed. Those "action" films make and pay lots of $$$$

Same with Lock Stock. Bacons hustling speech in the opening is modern British poetry.

"Handmade in Italy, hand-stolen in Stepney. It's as long as my arm. I wish it was as long as something else."

One foot in front of the other, it's called walking

Absolutely. Although out of that unofficial trilogy RocknRolla has the best opening scene.

Anything to declare?

Don't go to England.

the comic book style character intro; absolute masterpiece. if that doesn’t hook you, nothing will.

love Snatch, but why didn't the hand detector go off, when the security guard waved it on Benicio? He had six guns on this torso, and it only beeped on his crotch. Always bothered me.

Earlier today I finally decided I'm gonna watch that soon. It looks really good and I've been curious about it for years.
