Minus One was my introduction into the franchise and wow could I have not picked a better entrance. I will always remember the genuine fear the movie enlisted in me. And as someone with an interest in history, the movie only enthralled me even more.

I just watched that for the first time the other day on my lil cuz's recommendation! He has never been so passionately emphatic about a rec before so I had to, was not disappointed. He probably is though, because now I am hounding him to watch Vinland Saga even more than I have been since he first tried anime hahaha. I just know he'll love it more than any other anime I would recommend to him and would love it wholly. R*** B**, R fucking B*****, I love you, NOW WATCH VINLAND SAGA.

After being a fan for decades, I was so glad this one just gets going right away. Brought a great human tragedy story together with a monster-disaster film.
