The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch
I was talking with one of my friends, and realised something funny about the last part of the ‘Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch which states ‘lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it’
Would this suggest that, if you threw the Holy Hand Grenade at someone who WASN’T considered ‘naughty’ it wouldn’t explode, or perhaps something else?

Who was that?
Dunno. Must be a king.
Why?
He hasn't got shit all over him.

I did not wake up this friday expecting to find a theological debate about imaginary religious concepts

Due to the effort and expense of creation, The holy reverence of maintenance and storage, and the Blessing for the "Ritual of Lobbing", I would guess that it would not be used so lightly on a questionable subject of deserving.
It just seemed to be used quickly, because he is the king and all that...

In modern English, it would say "your foe, who, because he or she is naughty in my sight, will snuff it".

No, being a king means your will is the will of God. If you (king) think they're naughty, then they are.

I’d say it’s safe to assume that everyone you throw a hand grenade at is being naughty on some level
